Seems like a simple phrase, but it carries a huge impact to our customers, our business, and our success. As a construction group, it is imperative that we are active in scheduling, monitoring, and inspecting the materials and process as we build so the end result is one of quality and value. While this phrase directly applies to our business, it simply means having daily disciplines around those things important to you. Focusing on the daily details will have a significant impact our desired outcomes.

It is easy to get lost in the day to day, but keeping with this simple philosophy each of us can stay actively engaged in the process from start to finish. There are so many factors that impact our business (i.e. material delays, labor shortage, etc.) and can affect the quality of our product. Our focus on daily disciplines will help us efficiently deliver a quality product. And, an on-time and high-quality product creates value for our customers. We need to stay focused on the basic principle that we need to be in Every House, Every Room, Every Day to get the desired result.

Being at Blue Mountain has been a great opportunity for me, and I look forward to continuing the tradition of success and the opportunity to work with great people. As we go into the end of the year, I would like to wish everyone a safe holiday season, with great expectations for the coming year.
